PROFILE
Terence is a registered interior designer with over 20 years of experience, known for his detail-driven approach and deep passion for design across multiple scales and sectors. His career spans an impressive range—from luxury five-star hotels such as Vancouver’s Shangri-La and the Fairmont Pacific Rim, to the design of over a dozen multi-residential towers across Canada, from Vancouver to Toronto. His portfolio also includes high-impact sales presentation centres and display suites, where brand storytelling meets spatial experience.

Terence’s versatility is reflected in his diverse body of work, which includes corporate offices, retail environments, restaurants, and private residential projects—from expansive luxury estates to carefully crafted millwork and bathroom renovations. He believes that good design transcends boundaries and scale, and that every project—no matter its size—deserves clarity, intention, and care.

With a multidisciplinary curiosity, Terence pursued studies at Emily Carr University of Art + Design in industrial design and continued to expand his knowledge at IESNA with a focus on lighting design. His cross-disciplinary background informs his work with a unique sensitivity to materiality, form, and the human experience of space.
OUR STORY
Established in 2020, Chansform Interiors is an interior design studio dedicated to creating modern, meaningful spaces across a wide range of scales and budgets—from full home renovations and new builds to custom millwork, furnishings, and styling. We are a small, highly involved practice that works closely with our clients to craft interiors that are intelligent, expressive, and deeply personal.
At the heart of our work is a belief that well-considered interiors have the power to enhance how we live, feel, and connect with the spaces around us. We pay close attention to the emotional and sensory experiences of a room—how it flows, how it feels, how light moves through it, and how materials and textures interact. The result is a design approach that prioritizes both atmosphere and function, resulting in spaces that feel warm, timeless, and quietly luxurious.
With backgrounds in design, construction, and spatial planning, we balance creative vision with a clear understanding of how things are built. We are deeply invested in craft, and bring careful intention to every detail—from the architectural integration of millwork to the selection of finishes, furniture, and lighting. Every decision is grounded in the unique context of the project: site conditions, budget, program, and above all, our clients’ needs and aspirations.
