This complete renovation of a 1,300-square-foot residence in the prestigious Patina Tower in downtown Vancouver reimagines urban living with timeless sophistication. The redesigned kitchen maximizes functionality while maintaining an elegant, enduring aesthetic. In the living room, a striking marble feature wall anchors the space, integrating a sleek new fireplace as its focal point.
The dining area now includes a custom tiered wine display and storage unit, balancing utility with visual interest. Integrated linear LED fixtures provide ambient and task lighting throughout the living space, while a new cove lighting detail subtly uplifts the ceiling—enhancing both spatial perception and atmosphere.
The master ensuite was reconfigured to optimize layout and views, now featuring a refined shower-tub combination oriented toward sweeping ocean vistas. The master bedroom is elevated with bespoke closet millwork, incorporating accent shelving for books and personal treasures—combining beauty with everyday functionality.
